Adult Fitness Classes
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:30-6:30 a.m.
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Whether you have no experience or years of training under your belt, you’ll benefit from our group exercise classes in an uncrowded and supportive setting. Participants will have semi-individualized workouts that allow them to be successful as they work towards whatever specific fitness goal that they have.
High School Strength and Conditioning
2:30-4:00 p.m. – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:00-7:30 p.m. – Tuesdays and Thursdays
Athletes will have access to the gym and their individualized workout plans during any hour of the day but may not have a coached session outside of the aforementioned hours.
Special Olympics Powerlifting Clinics
10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturdays
Participants in our clinics will be introduced to the three powerlifts and their progressions/regressions depending on the ability and training experience of the athlete.
Adult Adaptive Athletes Group Class
6:00-7:00 p.m. – Mondays and Wednesdays
2:45-3:45 p.m. – Tuesdays and Thursdays
Youth Strength and Conditioning
4:30-5:30 p.m. – Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
Learn the fundamentals of proper movement patterns in a fun manner that will prepare athletes for the demand of their sport.
