|This Spring we will be hosting a unified running club that will meet on Saturdays at 9 a.m. This 8 week program will begin on April 20thand culminate with a community 5k in Lancaster on June 15th.
This program will be open to people of all ages and abilities with workouts tailored to whatever level an athlete is at. This presents the perfect opportunity for the person who has had a longtime goal of completing a 5k tucked away, hesitant to take the first step forward. For the more advanced runner, join our coaches and athletes who have recently completed the Boston Marathon or are training for a half marathon for longer runs.
