Mondays and Wednesdays – 6:00-7:00 p.m. (adults)

Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursdays – 2:45-3:45 pm (youth & teens)

Members of our group classes will engage in enjoyable workouts that not only build healthier bodies, but a stronger work ethic and social skills.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, run faster, be stronger, or feel better, you’ll learn the skills necessary to accomplish those goals in this summer session. Workouts will focus on mastering common movement patterns adapted to the ability of every athlete.

Most importantly, fitness is a lifetime journey so members will finish the program with valuable knowledge on ways that they can implement exercise more easily into their daily lives.

Price: $100 for 10 session punch-card to attend any class listed above
