Mondays and Wednesdays – 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Saturdays – 9:00-10:00 a.m. (Parent/Child Group Class)
Whether your goal is to lose weight, run faster, be stronger, or feel better, you’ll learn the skills necessary to accomplish those goals in this summer session. Workouts will focus on mastering common movement patterns adapted to the ability of every athlete.
Punchcard: $100 for 10 sessions of any class listed above
Monthly Payment: $75/month for 2 classes per week, $100/month for 3 classes per week
