Special Olympics MA Strength Training and Powerlifting

Fall dates: Saturdays 10-11 a.m.

Our clinic focuses on the fundamentals of movement, adapted to meet the ability level of our athletes. Once proficiency in the various exercises is demonstrated, athletes will be introduced to strength training that will improve overall health as well as performance in sport. If interested, athletes will learn and practice the three powerlifts. Our facility and coaches are dedicated to giving everyone the opportunity to be an athlete.
