Whether you have no experience or years of training under your belt, you’ll benefit from our group exercise classes in an uncrowded and supportive setting. Participants will have semi-individualized workouts that include mobility, postural work, strength training, circuits, and conditioning, geared towards reaching whatever fitness goals you may have.
- Tuesday, Thursday – 5:30-6:30 a.m. (more to be added upon request)
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Cost: 10 classes for $80 (to be used for any of the six weekly classes) or $15 to drop-in
