Adult Group Classes

Whether you have no experience or years of training under your belt, you’ll benefit from our group exercise classes in an uncrowded and supportive setting. Participants will have semi-individualized workouts that include mobility, postural work, strength training, circuits, and conditioning, geared towards reaching whatever fitness goals you may have.


  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 5:30-6:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Thursday – 6:30-7:30 a.m.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 8:30-9:30 a.m.

$40/month for 1 class/week

$75/month for 2 classes/week

$100/month for 3+ classes/week
