Whether you have no experience or years of training under your belt, you’ll benefit from our group exercise classes in an uncrowded and supportive setting. Participants will have semi-individualized workouts that include mobility, postural work, strength training, circuits, and conditioning, geared towards reaching whatever fitness goals you may have.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 5:30-6:30 a.m.
- Tuesday, Thursday – 6:30-7:30 a.m.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 8:30-9:30 a.m.
$40/month for 1 class/week
$75/month for 2 classes/week
$100/month for 3+ classes/week
