Starting December 6th, we will be offering strength and conditioning sessions geared towards endurance athletes twice a week to supplement running plans. Treadmills, rowing machines, and spin bikes will also be available for athletes to use.
Group runs will leave from Unified Health and Performance on Saturday mornings at 7:30 a.m. Additional weekly runs will be added throughout the week as requested.
