Unified Barbell Club is for athletes looking to increase their strength and conditioning with an emphasis on learning and improving performance in the three powerlifting movements: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Participants receive individualized programming for 3-5 workouts per week. The program is open to both athletes with and without disabilities.
Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Punch-card payment for coached sessions – 10 classes for $100 + Additional Membership Fees for individualized program and use of the facility throughout the week
