Youth Strength & Conditioning

Members of our youth program (for athletes grades 4 thru 8) will learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning with an emphasis on:

  • Injury prevention
  • Acceleration and Deceleration Mechanics
  • Coordination, Speed, and Agility
  • Strength Training
  • Sport-Specific Conditioning



Mondays and Thursdays – 4:00-5:00 p.m.

Cost: 10 classes for $80 or $15 to drop-in
