Youth Strength & Conditioning

Members of our youth program (for athletes grades 4 thru 8) will learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning with an emphasis on:

  • Balance and Proprioception
  • Injury prevention
  • Acceleration and Deceleration Mechanics
  • Coordination, Speed, and Agility
  • Strength Training


Details (During School Year)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays – 4:00-5:00 p.m.

Cost: 10 class punchcard for $80 or $15 to drop-in
