Brendan Aylward

Unified is owned and operated by Brendan Aylward. Brendan began his career in strength and conditioning during his time in college, working with the Nashoba basketball and hockey programs as well as providing at-home fitness services for a handful of individuals with various disabilities. In 2014, he became the youngest ever to coach for Team Massachusetts at the Special Olympics USA Games and has been a resource for Special Olympics on improving fitness in their athletes over the last several years.

Racing for Team Hoyt New England has been a dream come true for Brendan. He and Jacob have participated in more than 75 races together, ranging from 5Ks to marathons. Their personal bests include a 17:03 5K and a 1:22:34 Half Marathon. Rick and Dick Hoyt have been a major influence on Brendan’s career path and his aspirations to do for the fitness industry what the Hoyts have done for the world of endurance sports and inclusion at large.
