Unified Health and Performance is an inclusive athletic facility dedicated to offering fitness services that accept, assess, and address the specific needs of our clients with an emphasis on training for sports performance and improving the health and wellness of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Monday: 7:00am – 10:00am and 12:30pm – 7:00pm

Tuesday: 5:15am – 9:30am and 12:30pm – 5:15pm

Wednesday: 5:15am – 10:45am and 1:00pm – 7:00pm

Thursday: 5:15am – 9:30am and 12:30pm – 5:30pm

Friday: 7:00am – 9:30am and 12:00pm – 5:30pm

Saturday – 6:30am – 1:00pm

Sunday: Closed
