Unified Health and Performance is an inclusive athletic facility dedicated to offering fitness services that accept, assess, and address the specific needs of our clients with an emphasis on training for sports performance and improving the health and wellness of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Monday: 6:30am – 10:30am and 12pm – 7pm

Tuesday: 5:30am – 10:30am and 12pm – 5pm

Wednesday: 5:30am – 10:30am and 12pm – 7pm

Thursday: 5:30am – 10:30am and 12pm – 5:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4pm

Saturday – 7am – 2pm

Sunday: Closed
