Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted if client was not supposed to be charged or was incorrectly charged for the wrong membership tier. Email unifiedhp@gmail.com if you believe this is the case.


cancellation policy

Clients are responsible for cancelling their child’s membership before it renews for a month when they won’t be training. Memberships are on a month-to-month basis but clients are unable to cancel a membership because they will be away for 1-2 weeks; nor will memberships be discounted for a given month if this is the case.


changing membership tier

If you need to change your membership to account for a change in number of training sessions per week (upgrading from 2 to 3 classes or downgrading from unlimited to 2, etc.), you must cancel your current membership a few days before it is charged and sign-up for the new membership level on the same day of the month.
