Youth Training

Foundations and Finding a Love for Fitness. Introducing young athletes to good habits and creating a positive training experience

Since 2016, we’ve had athletes train with us from middle school through Division 1, 2, and 3 athletics. We adopt the long-term athletic development model and use the early years of training to develop strong fundamentals and foster a love for training. Not an athlete? Not a problem. A large percentage of our youth and adolescent athletes join Unified to be a part of a supportive and inclusive community where they can learn how to safely and successfully train.

What Parents Are Saying

“Our 10 year old son has been working with Brendan and his team at Unified Health and Performance for 6 months, attending the Youth Fitness Classes. Brendan has taught him the importance of staying healthy, how to properly work out and make improvements, all while keeping the class fun and engaging. Our son has gained strength, agility and stamina and an understanding of the importance of keeping his body strong and healthy.  We see the benefit outside of the sessions as well- with decreased anxiety and increased ability to remain focused and engaged with school and home related activities. Week after week, our son looks forward to going to his class and working out with Brendan”

“My 13 year old son has been going to Unified for over 2 years. Unified has changed his life in so many ways. He has improved in all sports and his overall health. He lost weight, makes healthy eating choices and has made exercise a priority in his life. Unified is not just a gym, it is a community. Brendan makes all his clients feel special and cares about each one of them. Last year, after a significant injury, Brendan adapted his workout and helped him build back up his strength and confidence”
