COVID Race ProtocoL

*Updated May 25th*

  • Chip timing is being used so your official time will be from when you cross the start line, not from when the race starts

  • Team Hoyt New England and athletes with mobility impairments will start at 9:20am

  • The rest of the field will start at 9:30am

  • Runners with a projected finish of under 20:00 will be asked to start at the front

  • The remainder of the field will self-organize and respectfully keep a few feet of distance between one another

  • Participants will not be required to wear a face-covering but are encouraged to do so at the start line if it would make them feel more comfortable

  • We will have a contactless water station on the course but will not have any food or drink available after the race

Contactless Race Packet pickup

  • (Exact details (pick-up times, phone number, etc) will be emailed out the week before)

  • (Preferred) Contactless pick-up at the gym (121 Mill Street, Lancaster, MA) on Friday, the 18th

  • (Possible) Participants will be able to pick up their race packets between 8am and 9am on the morning of the race.
