What sets our training apart and has spearheaded the growth of our Adaptive programs is the creativity that we approach every athlete with. The goal of training is always to take the athletes’ current physical and cognitive level and tailor the program to these characteristics to make them the strongest versions of themselves. Our athletes’ movement is closely watched and we’re always thinking of how to adapt an exercise or the environment to achieve the desired training effect. We started the #adaptivefitnesscoach series to highlight some of the options we have come up with to accomplish this. Today’s post highlights a handful of unconventional exercise variations that we use with our athletes.
