In-Season Athlete Membership
Athletes who continue to prioritize strength training in-season reduce the likelihood of injury and guarantee that they are their strongest when playoffs begin.
Athletes will have the opportunity to strength train 1-2 times per week, attend a mobility class Wednesday evenings, receive nutrition guidance, and have access to the Normatec Boots and self-massage tools available at the gym.
