Nicole Sampson is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a strong foundation in athletic performance and development. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Springfield College, where she was a two-year captain on the women’s soccer team, before completing her master’s degree in Exercise Science at Merrimack College.

Nicole spent four years at the University of Denver as a Sports Performance Coach, where she worked with a wide range of Division I athletic programs. Most recently, she served as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Phillips Exeter Academy. In her 4 years at Exeter, her approach focused on building a strong foundation of movement quality, athletic fundamentals, and long-term development. The main goal was to create an environment where student-athletes could see value in the training process beyond just physical outcomes. She prioritized education and building confidence.

Nicole brings a blend of coaching experience and finds joy in building relationships with everyone she crosses paths with. Her goal is to allow training to positively shape the lives of those she works with both on and off the field. She currently lives in Lancaster with her husband Ronny, daughter Avery, and dog Ella.
