Unified Duathlon
When: January 11th, 2020
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Heats will be assigned by Monday, January 6th
Where: Unified Health and Performance
Participants will be completing a 1 Mile Row (1600m) and 3 Mile Assault Bike as a relay (Bike doesn’t start until Rowing finishes). The event can be completed as an individual or as a team. There will be scaled options available (shorter row/bike). We will ensure everyone can participate.
Vendors will be present and apparel will be on sale
Registration deadline is Saturday, January 4th and heats will be assigned by Monday, January 6th.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the purchase of a Krankcycle for our wheelchair athletes
